I have been interested in art and photography since childhood, in the late 1970’s & early 1980’s I did some freelance photography work before the economy tanked and I joined the U. S. Army in 1981. For the next twenty one years I did not do much in the way of art or photography, after I retired in 2002 and with encouragement from my wife, I once again got back into photography and rediscovered the joy of photography and nature.

My photography is a work in progress, with each day a learning process. I am self taught in photography and have a limited art education, but have not let that stop me from pursuing my passion. My current works include Macro, Landscape, Wildlife, Floral and Abstract photography as well as composite photo work in Photoshop CS5.
